I've always kind of personally felt that Awful Links should be "look but not touch." The whole defacing of guest books with gross pictures in such always struck me as stupid. But today's ALOD is really bad and if any Internet cops know some practical ways to get something like this obliterated, I think it would be for the better of mankind. There's some other sites linked from it that could stand to get purged to. I think we have enough creepy weirdoes trying to legitimize their dangerous sexual deviancies online as is. There's unfortunately no shortage of that.

Also this update is a complete mess. I think I really wanted to write about octopuses but got sidetracked by the lack of justice in this world, which is kind of depressing if you stop thinking about octopuses long enough to think about. Sure, there are a million more things I could complain about, but these are the ones fresh in my mind. And now I'm not trying to single out the Bush administration even though I think they are horrifyingly corrupt and incompetent. Politicians are bad folks, mostly, democrat or republican. But anyway, I ran out of ideas two years ago so sue me.

Livestock: sometimes it helps to visualize a hippo running towards a goal, fat waddling, smile on its face, sweat pouring down. Then once it reaches that goal, it helps to visualize the hippo on a podium smiling and being awarded a medal.

Moof: and the darkness envelops me once again
