Reppin': Mr. Wiggles
If you've gotten as far as to read Internet articles about Internet forums (as you apparently have) but you're still not killing yourself by eating dishes of incredible unhealthiness devised by fellow Internet people, well I just don't know what to do with you.
Potato peeling shortcuts? - OH NO! Potato peel everywhere (shot of peels flying onto sad children and pets)
Need help with Chicken Wings - "Curry and butter/ghee works. Chilli sauce and butter doesn't. Maybe if you have an American palate that likes everything incredibly sickly then it might be edible, but I can think of a thousand sauces I'd rather have with chicken wings than butter and chilli."
Pizza Dough Advice - We simply cannot have enough threads about pizza. Seriously: Pizza.
ICSA XXIII: Epulae Antiquitatis - Second time linking this thread, but the recipes linked on the second page are really, really worth looking at.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY... oh benhobbys was it good for you? Turns out that there seems to be a fella around, goes by the name benhobbys. Well, it turns out that he is pretty much an asshole. Picture of himself as an avatar, believes that sexual assaults are the victims fault, all kinds of wonderful, wonderful things. Don't take my word for it, here are some choice quotes:
"I also believe that incidents involing sexual assault are the woman's fault on most occassions and i feel more amusement when hearing about these incidents than i feel compassion."
And who could forget this wonderful little ditty:
"I hate hearing stories about the emo pussies because it makes me laugh at how people can't just think for one second on why killing yourself shouldn't be the first option. so many of these "im emo cos boys dont like me, im gonna kill myself now" girls could simply run away with an older guy and feel happier (and have a place to live) and yet most seem to run away or kill themselves or whatever. It just bugs me that people seem to have lost their ability to think for themselves and that parents have became way too lazy these days to raise their kid to know some common sense."
GBS vs. Women, the Homeless, Charity, & Human Decency in generalA homeless woman gets pregnant with triplets and asks for help? The temerity of some people!
"As to the people that are offering her a free apartment and all that shit-i'll hold my judgement, but she definitely doesn't look like someone that is completely clean, and all the god nonsense doesn't much help either."
"Several THOUSAND dollars in debt??? Cry me a fucking river, whore."
What kindness these people are showing to her. It makes me cry.
Komataguri How is he a fuckup? Let me count the ways!
He hates Mexicans: "About to kill my stupid spic neighbors because I've just about had it with them playing that fucking shit music so fucking loud, specially now when I come back from running all over town trying to find a fucking lab to do my bloodtest at because no fucking ignorant fucking cunt that works at any of them can find my fucking veins"
He uses the phrase "intarweb" seriously: "I grew out of my faggotry, Waar. All that remains is intarweb evidence that comes with using the same user name for 10+ years."
Says stuff like this: "Honestly, does it matter what I answer? This is helldump, afterall. Its still a shitstorm of nerdrage and angst.
Where quotes are taken out of context, computer desk cowboys prowel the great plains of google, and fuckwits sit back and laugh at it all."
Oh yeah, this is what he looks like:
2 PM: Steven J. accidentally drops his vintage Trapper Keeper, revealing erotic drawings of the ‘bunny girls’ emoji. The room draws silent. Slowly, member after member opens his/her notebooks and tablets, revealing dozens of pages of bunny girl emoji fanart. The room votes 12-0 never to speak of this again.
He was ripped off for True Detective, now Thomas Ligotti is being asked to review Pizza Hut's new Hotdog Pizza Bites.
The Something Awful Forums: the last bastion of sanity on the Internet. "Forum Fridays" glances at some of the most interesting and popular threads from nearly each forum, highlighting a handful of threads each week.
