A closeup of a creepy clown's face is just as likely to appear on the box of a video card as on an Insane Clown Posse CD. A smirking bald guy with shades floating through a weird '90s CGI background could be the cover of a Joe Satriani album or the logo for a Taiwanese hardware manufacturer you've never heard of, with a name like HopeVapor. You're just as likely to come across a tough lady with big boobs, a demon, a wizard, or a sweet dragon on the box of a random PC component as you are to find them on the cover of a random metal album.

There is a distinct crossover between these seemingly disparate industries, a point where bad art proudly asserts itself as bad-ass art. The question is: How well do you know your album covers?

Each image below was cropped from either the cover of an album or the box of a video card. Take your guess, then scroll down to see if you're right.
