- did you know butchers won't actually butcher anything for you anymore not even ground beef no i swear it's true this butcher told me how to get real ground beef without the ammonia that big meat puts into the ground beef i buy at kroger and seriously it was like buying heroin or something he was all cagey about it but that's probably because if he speaks up then big meat will come and take away his butchery license and he won't be able to butcher anymore and did you know they're not allowed to butcher anymore it's something to do with ammonia?
