A bizarre little horror film from Canada that would make an excellent triple feature with Bug and The Signal. Pontypool concerns itself with two things: A zombie outbreak (although zombie doesn't quite cover it) as experienced by a washed-up shock jock and his crew, along with human defense mechanisms in times of crisis. If that sounds like heady shit...well, it is, but it's also never less than compelling entertainment. -Sean "bad movie knight" Hanson
Bruce Dern stars in this classic science fiction adventure alongside a trio of delightfully adorable robots. The film is perfectly paced and manages to build up a lot of empathy for its robot characters, to the point where we care more about their well-being than we do about the humans in the film. Ultimately, we are asked just how far we would be willing to go in order to defend what we believe in. -Ian "ProfessorClumsy" Maddison
Overnight is a documentary chronicling the meteoric rise and hilarious crash and burn of The Boondock Saints writer/director Troy Duffy. The film follows Duffy and his band of miscreants, from Duffy selling the script to Miramax to his subsequent meltdown, when everyone stops putting up with his prima donna attitude. Duffy actually hired two of his friends to document his rise to fame, and they kept filming once he began pissing everyone's career down the drain. If you're a fan of The Boondock Saints, this is an interesting doc. If you hate The Boondock Saints, then this documentary is fucking hilarious. -Joseph "Jay Dub" Wade
Have I got a proposal for you: Skip The Proposal! Come on, does the world need any more romantic comedies featuring Ryan Reynolds or Sandra Bullock, much less both of them in the same fucking film?
Land of the Lost, an origin story: Once upon a time, Will Ferrell was sitting in his private theater, drinking his scotch and watching Jurassic Park, when he thought, "Wow, you know what this movie needs? Me!"
Did you expect anything but a glowing review of Drag Me to Hell from the people who championed Sam Raimi's return to the genre that made him famous? Hopefully if we praise it enough he won't make Spider-Man 4.
Sean "bad movie knight" Hanson thinks Under Siege rules while Raging Bull drools. Seriously.
Robert "BulletRiddled" Lee has a heart full of gold and a basement full of Star Wars figurines in the original packaging so DON'T TOUCH
Ian "ProfessorClumsy" Maddison is taller than most cats -- almost noticeably so. In fact, he is so tall that he can reach door-handles without any help and in spite of being from the north of England, he can successfully operate a computer without electrocuting himself.
Joseph "Jay Dub" Wade once gave a lecture on the social merits of John Carpenter's They Live. The university still won't return his calls.
Star Wars fan speculation has been swirling about the source of female ejaculation. The answers might finally be coming with the Last Jedi.
