The USMC Guide to Interrogating an Enemy Combatant
Every year the US military issues hundreds of guides and field manuals on the proper way to handle everything from canned beef to nuclear ordinance. FM-1833 is just one of many such manuals issued to the Marines stationed at Camp Echo, one of the prison camps of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It deals with the proper handling and interrogation of prisoners. Much of the manual is classified, but we managed to get our hands on a few pages that have yet to leak onto the Internet. We are hereby, officially, leaking them onto the Internet.
