In a billion years from now, scientists will look back on our society in wonder. Assuming they find a HILARIOUS Garfield strip, they will assume that all humans in the twenty first century hated Mondays, loved lasagne and were bright orange cartoon cats. However, this is not always the case. Many of you reading this are humans. It's also worth pointing out that this week's Comedy Goldmine uses contributions from the lowest echelons of the human race, which coincidentally relate to Garfield. Our old pal Shmorky found a drawing of the world's edgiest cat, urging the reader to finish the picture. So that's exactly what the forums goons did.
This is the original Garfield picture found by Shmorky and let me tell you it's quite something.
Here are a few variations of the original picture, courtesy of Shmorky!
Argh couldn't help himself, and before long he too was caught up in Garfield fever.
More fake science from the mainstream scientists: Dr. Schrodinger claims cat is dead, but cat is alive and a dog.
Yeah, I went there. And I'll go there again. Don't believe me? I'm there ALREADY.
These all just look like normal cats to me.
From what I understand, this genre is about getting eaten by crocodiles. I excel at this.
The Comedy Goldmine examines the funniest and most creative threads from the Something Awful Forums. Although the Comedy Goldmine has changed authors many times over the years, its focus on the Something Awful Forums is still the same. Includes hilarious Photoshops, amusing work stories, parodies, and other types of oddball humor.
