ATT & SBC, submitted by SBC. What do you get when you combine shit with shit? A big shitty monopoly. ATT & SBC re-combined and somehow their service has actually gotten worse. I scheduled a DSL installation more than a month before we moved and two days before the move they called and cancelled. A week after the move and they still are unable to even say what day they can come install DSL. No matter how much yelling goes on. If SBC were an MMORPG I would have threatened to cancel my account so many phone calls ago. Unfortunately, they're an MMORPG you have to play and all of the small DSL retailers in my area are just reselling their equipment.
