Many of them manage to be more boring than the real thing, such as Road Construction Simulator and Garbage Truck Simulator. Judging from the YouTube Let's Plays, the main market for these games seems to be people buying them ironically. But I'm sure we can come up with better ideas for the ironic market than they can!
