Joanna Roguska's Website, submitted by Lowtax. Some of the funniest sites on the Interweb are the ones that belong to self-proclaimed web designers. Joanna Roguska is one of those self-proclaimed web designers. Particularly interesting is her portfolio which includes a number of examples of her mastery of Flash. Eat your heart out Lowtax! Her site is a mixture of stupid animated backgrounds, lousy and annoying Flash menus and generally just bargain basement web design.
