This site has nothing to do with roleplayers or goths who want to be extra gothy, and in fact goes out of its way to explain that those people live in a fantasy world and are completely delusional. This site is for real, actual vampires, okay?

This is a support site for real vampires, those who think they might be real vampires, or those knowing someone who might be a real vampire, even someone who's just curious about this whole "real vampires stuff". Included here are pages with support information, anecdotes, advice, articles, and more.

It is wrong for anyone to hit you or harass you, or to make you hate yourself for being different, whether or not you consider yourself a vampire. As difficult as it is to cope with the widely accepted stereotypes and misconceptions, it is wrong for you to have to live in fear of physical violence and harassment. You are not crazy for being in pain or confused, and do not deserve to be treated like this.

Apparently bullies are a big problem for nigh-invulnerable beings who drink the blood of the living and fly and shoot lasers out of their accursed ancient laserguns. They're like the vampire equivalent of kryptonite, or silver bullets, or garlic.
