Happy Go Lumpy came up with a decent theme -- Photoshop mugshots onto whatever -- and he considerately provided not only an image source but also backstory links. But then he got locked down himself for Forums Crime, and the thread fell into neglect. Maybe he'll breathe life back into it when he gets free. Until then, here's what's there!
