Nowadays, if a film doesn't have a ridiculously overinflated budget, chances are it isn't going to be a success. Films like the $100 million plus epic Titanic, the incredibly expensive Gladiator, and the completely unreasonable American Pie sequel in which all the characters were secretly perfect computer generated representations of their human counterparts are all examples of this. Film makers have forgotten their roots, roots such as crappy effects, terrible actors, and uninteresting scripts. Well, it's time for a change. The Forums Goons decided to slash the budget on these films like Wal Mart slashes its everyday low prices. But the goons didn't use slave labor to achieve this feat, just our handy friend Photoshop! Scroll down and look for yourself. Your target? Craziness.
