No, it's all about creepy medical dummies used to train people on the workings of the human body. To a trained eye, these anatomical Venuses probably seem pretty bland, but to the untrained eye they are really fucking creepy. Seriously, seriously, seriously creepy. This severed head, which I plan to purchase and put in my front lawn to warn off would be raiders, is actually one of the tamest props they have for sale:
