Joanna Roguska is one of those self-proclaimed web designers. Particularly interesting is her portfolio which includes a number of examples of her mastery of Flash. Eat your heart out Lowtax! Her site is a mixture of stupid animated backgrounds, lousy and annoying Flash menus and generally just bargain basement web design.
This site is terrible, the woman's smile makes me want to rain hellfire down on the earth, and pretty much everything in her portfolio looks like it was done by an 8th grade computer science class. There are plenty of "gems" on this site, but I'll let you discover the rest for yourself, IF YOU DARE!
