The SA Forum Goons have designed headwear for birds, and hairstyles for dinosaurs. But it's 2012 now, and these marauding hatters need a new model for their creations. ShadyNasty suggested "historical figures/unexplained phenomena/actors," and the Goons shrugged and went along with this brave new direction!
