Having decided upon a method of punishment that's arguably cruel and certainly unusual, the SA Forum Goons have sentenced two news-making lawbreakers to a series of derisive, unflattering photo-manipulations. The first offender, Florida woman Tracy Mabb, flashed passing motorists in a "complete vulgar and indecent manner." However, concerned parents and wary at-work readers don't have to worry about these Photoshops focusing on her lewd exposure, because it was her dramatic mug shot that really sparked the Goons' collective imagination.
