Ah, my favorite category, and one that's always crowded with entries. Damrod619's perplexing Another mini defeated head-scratching rivals like WIP and dave99's epic monster attac diorama. There's a lot to like here. The use of negative space on the torso is inspired and the shape doesn't seem to match up with anything we've seen before. This is a really strong competitor. It just couldn't beat our winner.
