"Topkid" is some sort of terrorist or communist or possibly a ghost.
"Captain Obvious" brings us some intelligent commentary criticizing the Mexican healthcare system, hopefully inspiring discussion and eventually practical improvements that will benefit the citizens of our neighbor to the south!
