"Guts" by Chuck Palahniuk, submitted by Chuck. I'm guessing many of you have already read "Guts" since it was passed around the Internet pretty heavily when it first appeared. It's basically the most disgusting short story that doesn't involve child killing (thanks Lautréamont!) that I have ever read. It's still worth reading and I won't spoil it by pasting an excerpt.
